Right Timing offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings.
Free Trial: New subscribers may receive a free trial period. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. We will notify you before your trial expires.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy. Right Timing LLC does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.
All content within the Right Timing App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of Right Timing LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the App without our express written permission.
The App uses artificial intelligence technology to generate daily messages and suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:

The App may integrate with third-party services including Apple Health, Flo, Clue, and other period tracking applications. These integrations are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services. Right Timing LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Right Timing LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maryland, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Right Timing LLC.
The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Additional protections may apply to users in specific regions:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Right Timing LLC concerning the App and supersede all prior agreements.
